Production of plywood cutouts

We make cutouts from a full sheet of 3mm birch plywood 150x150cm

Possibility of cutting also in other wood-based materials and acrylic of this thickness.

Cutouts can be small from 2cm x 2cm to large full-sheet elements.

A 157cm x 157cm heart can be obtained thanks to the appropriate arrangement on the sheet.

Raw plywood elements are sanded on both sides after firing.

Production of wooden balls and beads

We produce balls in sizes from 6mm to 58mm in diameter

Wooden balls may have a through hole for jewelry, macramé and other decorations.

Half-hole or no hole. It all depends on the customer's specifications for production.

Size range of beads and balls produced by us diameters:

6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 16mm,

18mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 35mm,

40mm, 45mm, 50mm,55mm, 58mm

For production orders, the diameter and shape are made according to the specifications customer.

We also paint beads and other elements in appropriately large quantities.

For technical reasons, the batch for painting must have an appropriate volume in relation to the capacity of the painting machine.
